Then you go to front desk, no uniform or welcome of a professional hotel management/front desk. Then you hit elevator and reach your room, the lock is from 1990s, you have to insert your card to unlock, door has already scratches and a portion of room number seems to have been painted over. You finally open the door and the room is way smaller than the...

"All common areas and the room were very clean. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Mercedes and Arind! The breakfast was pretty basic but plentiful with some selections that changed every day. Its location was convenient for our travel needs."

"The ads for the motel said that it had been renovated but this was very misleading. The rooms were old, dirty, musty. The bedsheets were stained, as was the bedspread. I chose to sleep on top of the covers because the sheets and the bedspread stains were old. The carpet was dirty, stained and not vacuumed. There were dead bugs on the carpet and in the bathroom. The lock on the door was flimsy and not adequate security. We did not feel safe or comfortable there."
