"Great hotel"

"So well managed- friendly staff an very helpful. Its decor and cleanliness was amazing. The room we stayed was spacious and furnished with comfortable beds. What a great experience to stay at the Drury. Thank you Expedia."

"En general bien , solo el baño sucio"

"Perfect for a visit to UTSA"

"We usually stay at the downtown location, but since they didn’t have any openings, we decided to stay here. It was clean and maintained well just like the other one. The breakfast was also just as great. Our only complaint was that we had initially asked for a “refresh” for our room the following day after check-in (Monday), but our daughter had an accident in the bed so I called Monday morning asking if they could change it to a total cleaning / new bedding because of our daughter’s accident....

"Very clean and the front desk clerk, Aria, was amazing. She was so helpful and polite. The room was clean and had lots of nice amenities, but the beds were really hard and I couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to work correctly. Maybe just user error. My biggest issue was being charged for breakfast and being told both in my reservation confirmation and by front desk that it was served til 10am. We get there at 9am and the lady there told us breakfast was over and they were not making more food....

"The breakfast was good and staff was very helpful."

"Great place to stay, never disappointed. Plus happy hour helps a lot. Thanks"

"First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

"nice place for short stays, guy at front desk was very helpful when our keycards kept getting shut off for some reason. room was clean. only downside was that the water got shut off for about an hour one day but all was good after that."

"Well maintained and exactly as expected"

"The staff were extremely friendly in such a nice way and all else just great!"
