"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."

"The room was clean, it was a really nice stay the breakfast was okay me and my partner preferred the continental rather than the hot food as eggs were quite rubbery. Had a lovely sleep the beds were really comfortable and there was lots of places to sit inside the hotel. The spa was okay the staff were lovely but the facilities weren’t the best it was quite a small spa and on an evening you could only go at 8-9pm and then 7-10am in the morning and if you wanted to go in all day or another time...
