"We had a very nice stay here and will definitely revisit again next time we come back to Isle of Palms. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is just absolutely wonderful. "We arrived an hour late, a little after 5. Check-in was 4. There were 2 or 3 other families waiting. Yes we had to wait till 6 for our room. Had to pay extra for parking, but did take off one day because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The room was clean and the morning breakfast was ok. The pool was clean. We had a great time it was just the first hour."

"Parking was easy for me, they have valet. The front desk staff was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. My room was neat and clean. The pool is medium small and goes up to 5 feet. The hotel was in the best location if youre visiting the hospital across the street. "

"Rooms have the bare basics. No usb plugs or safe. The staff tell you nothing of the amenities or problems with the hotel upon check-in so access to email and text is a must for communication. Checked in on 07/10/26, Friday at around 3:30. Was told by other guest that elevators were working off and on. Saturday at approximately 8:00 pm, stood at elevators for 20 minutes, both elevators were down. Front desk advised that we would need to take the stairs. We were on the 8th floor. No signs on the...

"Check in was a challenge. Got there a few minutes after 3pm. Remembering reading 3pm check-in we went in. Our room wasn’t ready. She said 15 min. 20 minutes later she came over and said 15 more minutes and left. Shifts changed. The new staff didn’t know we were waiting and we had to go over and they said they would send someone to the room to get it ready. Disappointing first impression. The room was nice and easy check out. "

"The staff was so friendly and greeted us each time we arrived in the lobby. Cameron and Nicholas went "above and beyond" by providing me with almond milk which was not on the coffee table. The hotel was one of the finest we have ever stayed in and, as Marriott bonvoy members ,we have stayed at some of the best!"
