"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"A nice Hotel - clean rooms and good bathroom. I liked that it was still right in Collingwood but much quieter area than being close to Blue Mountain area, which gets super busy in the summer.
There is also a great 1-hour loop walk right across the street almost from the Hotel, which takes you right along the beautiful Georgian Bay inner harbour area."
