"Lovely house in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a great kitchen and outside space plus free on street parking near(ish) Oxford city centre (bus stop mins walk, 10-15 minutes into town: £3ish or 5 minutes by taxi for £8ish). Ground floor double room has a very small en suite wetroom. There is also a downstairs WC Upstairs rooms share a large family bathroom. Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
