Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber sauber und der wellnessbereich war toll. Auch die Preise waren völlig in Ordnung

Wellnessbereich war der bessere Teil, das Personal dort sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Der Service im Restaurant war nicht so toll (Migranten/Praktikanten).
Das Zimmer (519) im schlimmen Zustand, defekte Duschtür, schwarze Schmutzstreifen an vielen Wänden, in den Ecken von oben bis unten gerissene Tapeten, Deckenpanele defekt und lösen sich..... haben nach Hinweis problemlos ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Da war alles OK.
Ein kurzfristiger Ausflug in den Harz hat uns mangels alternativen mit geringen Erwartungen zu diesem Hotel geführt. Leider wurden diese noch unterboten. Mit ortstypisch freundlicher Begrüßung und trotz kurz zuvor getätigter Buchung, war der Check-in problemlos. Die Ausstattung, der Zustand und die Einrichtung des Hauses waren enttäuschend, alt und abgewohnt, definitiv aus einer anderen Zeit. Ein Raucherzimmer bekamen wir, weil es das einzige auch für Hunde zu Verfügung stehende Zimmer war. Selbst in den 90er jahren, in denen die Ausstattung vielleicht mal erneuert wurde war das, was man heute nochan Möbeln und Betten vorfindet, weder schön fürs Auge, noch gerechtfertigt bei dem Preis von 100 Euro pro Nacht. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, die Türen gefühlt aus DDR-Presspappe. der alte Plattenbau ist auch optisch im Sozialismus stecken geblieben. Es wird echt Zeit, dass der Inhaber mal etwas tut.
Lediglich das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, da die Auswahl zwar standartmäßig aber groß war.
Der Wellnessbereich wurde von uns nicht genutzt.
Wir kommen sicherlich wieder in den Harz aber um dieses Gasthaus machen wir einen großen Bogen.
...absolut alter DDR-Standart, die Gäste sind am Samstag-Abend bis Nachts um 0:30 Uhr immer noch auf der Terasse besoffen zu hören, laute Radio-Musik beim Frühstück, owohl sowieso schon ne Menge Gäste am erzählen sind, den kleinsten Röhrenfernseher den es gibt (ca. 30 cm gross!) Handtücher muss man 3 Tage lang die selben benutzen!!! Also ich war wirklich sehr enttäuscht, da kann man auch nicht von einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis reden: pro Nacht 25 € - also da kann man doch eigentlich etwas mehr erwarten... :-(

Vi ankom fredag aften, hvor der blev spillet høj musik til klokken halv et om natten. Der står ingen steder, at der er dans/disco på hotellet fredag aften. Gratis Wi-Fi virkede ikke på vores værelse. Hotellet føles lidt "gammeldags" og slidt. Der er en restaurant på stedet med billig øl. Men pizzaen vi fik smagte mærkeligt. Der er oplyst, at hunde overnatter gratis men det passer ikke.
