"There needs to be some clarification about where to enter the hotel. My uber driver went to one entrance and the gate was locked. We went to the next gate and it was locked. We called to find out where to enter. Still confused, my driver let me out and I walked all the way around the block again trying to find a way in to the parking lot. I called again and the person that got on the phone told me by the Smoothie King. If the first person would have said that it would have made it easier. Maybe somehow, you guys should have that posted to enter by Smoothie King. The staff was very nice and they do have a free shuttle to MDA. The man diving the shuttle was very helpful in sharing with we how to get from MDA to Hobby airport. "
