"The hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. As a military spouse, I have traveled all over the world (30 countries to date.) I was on a work trip and had never been to the valley. From the front staff, the bartender (amazing), and the food, it was like a little vacation. I brought my cat and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Very quiet rooms and safe location. Everyone try a margarita from the new machine! So good!!"

"The pictures are either highly outdated or incredibly photoshopped because the property looks nothing like this. The parking is minimal, they allow pets/service animals, but there is nearly no place to walk your dogs to use the restroom, there is moldy/mildewing grout lines in the bathroom, the carpet has stains all over, if you don't keep the A/C at a very cold temperature, you can feel humidity in the rooms, and the furniture has severe wear marks.
