Muy buena atención. Casi nunca leo opiniones sobre las camas de los hoteles, así que dejo la mía para quien le interese: Una cama muy cómoda, en muy buen estado con un colchón de la densidad apropiada para un buen descanso, que es lo que se busca para un hotel de paso.

Si vas a necesitar estar en el zócalo por trabajo o turismo es una excelente opción. Los colaboradores tienen excelente actitud de servicio te ayudan en todo lo necesitas.

En general es hotel está muy lindo, su staff sumamente amable, el restaurante muy rico, muy bien mantenidas sus instalaciones, me encantaron las jardineras del patio e incluso cuenta con una terraza interior muy acogedora perfecta para leer o para checar el teléfono mientras disfrutas del clima, sin embargo, no le di 5 estrellas debido a que por la noche al estar en el centro histórico el cuarto es sumamente ruidoso más aún cuando ya quieres descansar el ruido de los autos, motos y la gente caminando es molesto dado que las ventanas dan a una de las calles del Zócalo, por lo menos en la habitación que yo me quedé, hay otras que no dan a la calle quizás sean una mejor opción o que pensaran en colocarles ventanas de doble cristal, considero que así se acabaría con dicho problema. Muchas gracias!

No respetaron el precio dado por la plataforma.

El servicio fue malo, no respetaron el precio que la plataforma me dió, les mostré el correo electrónico de la reservación donde se desglosa el precio, pero no lo aceptaron. Desde ahí fueron hostiles en su trato y atención. El pago hecho en recepción fue de $780.00
