"Our room was nice, no complaints, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. The location of the hotel is right below famous Citadel. The only complaint I have is the parking. There is a parking lot and garage but it is on the other side of the casino which makes checking in and out a bit challenging. "I booked a standard double - on arrival I was given a room key for a top foor room. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. The room was terrible - every surface was sticky, the bed ancient and I felt disgusting just being in there. After checking Expedia it stated they still had 3 deluxe rooms available so I went to ask at reception if i could upgrade. Suddenly nobody spoke English anymore and I had to communicate in my broken French. The lady first insisted she had no other rooms available...

"Lovely hotel, great room and staff very polite and helpful. We didn’t use the Spa facilities but we may stay longer next time and use them.
