I am sorry you didnt enjoy your stay with us and I wish you had let us know while you were here. We work very hard to ensure the happiness of our guests and our housekeepers work hard to make the rooms nice. As with all older building we have our issues, built in 1971, but we are also updating as we can. I hope you come back in the future and give us another chance.

As I am sure you could see we have started the long process of remodeling our hotel building. We started with the things that are safety issues and are moving inside afterwards. Hope you come back and see us when its all done!

We are aware of and in the process of addressing the areas that need renovation. Sadly as they say Rome wasn't built in a day and these projects take time and money. I am sorry you did not enjoy your time here with us.

Next time you visit call and ask us for the alternative route directions. I can assure you there is more than likely a much better way to get to ALR then whatever GPS gave you. Look forward to having you back in the future.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay here at Alpine. We have two dining venues so I am not sure what one you were in but the Evergreen is much larger then the Lakers so maybe you could try it. The mini golf course was just redone by a wonderful group of our Alpine Lake HOA volunteers. We are a very rural community and as such we dont have many businesses close together as more urban areas do. This is something we take great pride in as we are a peaceful vacation destination. We also offer Tennis, Basketball, a beach, and walking trails that I am sure would have been enjoyable for your kids.I hope this helps for future visits.

I am very sorry that the remodeling that we are doing to insure the safety of guests like yourself, disturbed you. I know that its never easy to go through upgrades and that it can be a pain to our guests but the building was in need of several repairs. I am sure that you can understand the importance of this renovation. I truly hope that you will give us a chance again after or remodel is complete as a valued guest we would hate to lose your business. Feel free to call and speak to us at anytime.
