Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "Hana and her son Nedim took excellent care of us. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast plentiful and the best part. The AC was awesome. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. And personal. "The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast!
