Best experience!

An incredible and peaceful experience, it is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed. It is surrounded by nature, and a few minutes away from Tepoztlán so you are conveniently away from any city noise.

The service is superb, Jorge is a fantastic host. The property needs some maintenance but definitely does not interfere with the overall experience. I will definitely come back next year.

The place is nice, Jorge made it better. The property needs urgent maintenance. The jets in the jacuzzi don`t work properly, there are many spots in the pool that have to be fixed and also some of the furniture needs replacement. Having the restroom inside the room, without a door is not a good idea.

Todo excelente en realidad no me quejo de la estancia en el hotel ya que es muy tranquilo y en realidad se puede descansar, el único punto negativo es que si está como a 15 min en coche del centro de Tepoztlán y no hay tiendas cerca del hotel para ir caminando

Volvería a repetir la estancia 100%

El hotel está muy bonito y diferente, tiene como pasadizos que hacen te pierdas en un laberinto de arquitectura muy padre. Lo único que no me gusto es la habitación y la alberca, les hace falta mantenimiento. De ahí en fuera los restaurantes, la música y el concepto me encantaron. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí.
