"Great location if you want to be in the heart of the city. Their terrace has an amazing view but the food is average. A place like that could have better food, even if you have to pay a little more for a tastier menu."

"It took forever to check in. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes because there were only two staff at the counter and long lines of people. The website says airport transportation included however, if you are traveling out of terminal one, you have to walk all the way. American Airlines is about a 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away and they expect you to walk."

"Fecal matter in the toilet. Pillow cases looked like they had been used. The newly renovated rooms are already looking like they need a refresh. The hotel is quiet and convenient and provides easy access to Terminal One. Way overpriced for what you get."

"Centrally located, restaurants and tourist locations within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was included, so it was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day. The complimentary snack bar which was open 24 hrs was also great, we usually grabbed snacks and water before and after our daily trips. Staff was great and helpful. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with hotel and would definitely book it again!!!"

"Spacious, quiet and peaceful room. Very nice courtyard and grounds. Friendly front desk staff, shuttle bus driver, and guard. Only complaint is loud air conditioner and a musty smell from air conditioner."
