"The suite room was perfect with kids, because it has two separate bedrooms. Lovely view from the room. Good location and the breakfast was nice - lots of choices!
The only downside was that check-in was quite confusing. We arrived early to drop our bags before check-in, which has never been a problem in any other hotel I've stayed at, but the staff seemed surprised and at first said there was nowhere to leave them. They were still helpful and found a way but it seemed complicated. And then when we came back later to check in properly nobody was there - there was a sign on the door saying we should have gotten a code to open the door by email or Expedia message but I didn't. And I didn't have phone signal in town so had to walk quite a way away to check my email (only to find no email). The Expedia page says that staff will be there check you in so that should be updated. And anyone staying there should just check your email before you arrive and if you don't have check in instructions, contact them in advance.
We got there in the end and had a nice stay - it was just a bit annoying!"
