"Some simple maintenance should be done. Barbecue cleaned, old rusty chair on barbecue deck thrown out, cigarette ashtrays cleaned daily Duvets should be replaced as they show their age Overall a comfortable place with a great view and very quiet. Nice patio to enjoy coffee in the morning along with the included breakfast sandwich (not the best) AC worked fine Still, we would visit again"
