"I checked in and was told I was at "The Inn" which was about a 10 minute walk up a rocky hill to get to. The walk was not bad in sneakers, but was very hard in heels or sandals. They said there would be a shuttle, but the shuttle stopped at 8:00. We had made dinner reservations for 7:30 pm at Bolero (great food) which is on the property to make the first night easy and not have to drive anywhere. We now had to drive back and forth. In the morning, we were told the shuttle did not run in the morning - we had to walk down the hill, got down, and since I had forgot my wallet, I had to walk back. The rest of the weekend went like that - when wearing sneakers walking up and down, and in heels having to drive. "

"Booked a two queen room for 3 nights. It was amazing! The room had a balcony overlooking the property, and each morning we could see hot air balloons flying nearby. The food at the restaurants is amazing and the wine is delicious. We got complimentary tastings at Ponte and Bottaia. Wasn’t able to make it to the Cellar but it was definitely a happening place based on the crowds coming in and out. Staff was amazing all around. There’s a cute pond and some great spots to sit by fountains and fire pits. The pool area was also beautiful and had games as well. 10/10 will never stay anywhere else in Temecula again!"

"Resort is centrally located to the wineries in Temecula Valley. Our king room was large with a sitting and dining area. You can request a microwave for an additional fee. We had a nice view of the vineyards. Our traveling companions had a better view to the east with morning sun and view of the mountains. The pool and hot tub area was nice with a breakfast and lunch grill. We had an issue with housekeeping not coming one day, but after calling the front desk, they brought some coffee, toilet paper and fresh towels to our room."
