"It was just OKAY. Left things to be desired. I want to give this place a higher rating - but - it has the vibes of its former glory when it was Hard Rock. I'd say some of it is lackluster and a little depressing. It tries to maybe be modern and a bit more posh, but it's got a long wait. We checked on a Saturday afternoon in late June, so I was expecting is to be a bit busy. The pool - very small, overcrowded, cabanas were dirty, and looking at the colour of the water....not sure. "We had a wonderful stay checking in on a Thursday and leaving On Sunday. The property had several pools to choose from. Most adult Only one family pool. Pools were extremely clean, gym and other amenities were very well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect access to the courtyard and pool. "Luxurious boutique hotel!"

"We only used the family pool as children are not allowed in the club pool, staff were friendly, amenities were clean and pool area was lovely. Parking was easy around the outside of the hotel. Rooms were also clean, we had a great family weekend away."
