It is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and staff very helpful, especially Haykal who is so polite and friendly. Breathtaking resort. The feeling and buidings are amazing, the pillar houses just outstanding and the spa area very tastefully designed. I loved it. The only downside is the emerald beach that is a wonderful beach that is so dirty and full of plastic, glass and other rubbish. Why?

It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms.
