"Nice place but the room I had was next door to a nightclub. Friday and Saturday night were really noisy. So much so that I asked to move rooms on the Saturday. To be fair this was not a problem for the staff who accommodated my request. Other than the noise late at night, no issues."

"Perfect overnight and welcoming stay and fabulous breakfast"

"The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and give good advice of the area. It is a lovely walk into the town too. The food was exceptional everything of choice you could possibly wish for."

"I very rarely post a bad review; I normally don't post a review at all if I haven't liked it. However, we booked The Croft based on the number of 5* reviews it had. "I received a very warm welcome on arriving which was fabulous after a long work day. As I was shown to my room I could clearly see how clean and tidy the property was. My room was super clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing evening. After a great nights rest I was greeted at breakfast by the owners which was very pleasant and confirmed my decision for this to be my regular place to stay when I am around for work. Thank you both for such a fantastic welcome and stay, see you soon."

"Have stayed here before. It is a great place to stay when working in Stoke. Great communication and easy self check in."

"Lovely gardens and good quality breakfast, cooked to order using local ingredients."

"It was homely. The couple were hospitable & took care of their guests & provided a nice breakfast included in price. Had a well cared for appearance."
