"People were pleasant, a new employee couldn’t answer much for us. The property owner charges a $10 a night fee to park in the parking lot on the hotel property. It’s not mentioned on Expedia or added into the nightly bill. It’s taken out of the card you give them for incidentals. Upon checking out I mentioned it and discussed it with the lady at the desk. She did end up waving it. I have never paid for parking in a hotel’s parking lot. Especially a holiday inn express. I was very...

"A very nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms"

"Loved the coffee machine and friendly staff"

"I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again."

"A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

"Front desk staff was nice and polite. The room and facility was not as clean as I would have expected for the price. Will not stay there again. I wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t 2am when we got there and already paid."

"My bill exceeded what was quoted on Expedia"

"rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them."

"There were bugs in the room so we didn't want to eat breakfast there."

"Decent for the"

"Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good."

"nothing to comment about...we slept....we got dressed....and left...."

"Wonderful establishment with wonderful employees"

"Television didn’t work and while the staff offered to come look at it after 20 minutes of waiting I just went to bed. Old property that needs serious updating."
