"Great place, excellent location, clean comfortable room"

"We had an amazing stay! Mariana was so accommodating and was very helpful during our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side but having a balcony was so great since we could see the sunset and the patio area. Location was great since we were coming in from Lisbon and had to go back so the train station is just a few minute walk. Breakfast was also so amazing and delicious. "

"This hotel is just as beautiful as the photos online. It has a perfect location right on the river with quick access to the city center by foot. The rooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, but we did share dinner the night we were leaving and the food was great."

"Guest House Duoro is a very nice place to stay and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Its proximity to the river and numerous restaurants was also a real plus. Breakfast was terrific too. My only nit pick critique is that it would have been nice to have a couple of glasses in the bathroom to make it easier to brush your teeth and rinse. "

"We loved everything about our stay. The hotel/property is absolutely amazing. The location is on the other side of the river but we enjoyed the walk to the main area in Porto. It was approximately 20 minute walk or a cheap uber ride. It was nice to be away from the hectic area after long days of sightseeing. And you get a beautiful view of centro Porto. Our room was extremely spacious and modern. The rooftop was super cute. Breakfast buffet was so yummy, And every hotel staff we had contact...

"We had a wonderful stay while in Porto. The location of the hotel was perfect and Ajita was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Although being on the top floor without a lift, the balcony was nice during the evening. There is construction happening nearby, but we were not in the room most of the time it was going on, so it didn't make a difference to us. I would stay once more if lucky enough to visit Porto again."
