Perfect place to wind down

Beautiful spot for a quiet, relaxing stop over. Comfortable rooms in the bamboo construction cabañas with heat pump air conditioners. Porch/balcony space with hammock & swing chair face the coconut grove before the beach- great sunrises. Nice pool with restaurant & bar serving local mariscos. Welcoming staff were very accommodating with my poor Castillan.

El hotel está lindo a secas, me tocó hospedarme en las habitaciones “sencilla” que por el precio que se hizo caro, deja mucho que desear, la habitación es muy pequeña y el armario es de cemento, como el de los hoteles baratos. Se dice ecológico y sustentable pero raya en lo precario. El servicio no es bueno, desde que llegamos el chico de seguridad te recibe con mala gana y en la noche salimos a cenar porque el restaurante lo cierran a las 6pm y al regresar (tipo 8:30) no había quien abriera y lo hicimos por nuestra cuenta y hasta entonces el guardia se acercó de muy mala gana. Los meseros y personal de mantenimiento no son serviciales, los camastros estaban súper sucios, las camas colgantes llenas de hormigas, para ordenar algo tienes que acercarte al restaurante-cocina y si no, recurrir al whatsapp donde siempre estaban atentos pero lo que quería era desconectarme. Otra cosa, el desayuno era incluido pero era continental, nos dieron un café negro, una rebanada de pan integral y 6 míseras rebanadas de fruta. Mi experiencia no fue buena dentro del hotel, me sentí estafada y no volvería a este lugar. Tiene muy buenas fotos pero insisto, por el precio, se espera un mejor lugar y sobretodo servicio.

Habia una botella vacia de agua cuando llegamos. No nos cambiaron ni toallas de baño ni de alberca . El servicio de restaurant cierra temprano. Y en cuanto a los desayunos ofrecidos en los paquetes si bien son continentales, sinceramente se ven bastante miserables ofreciendo un poco de fruta, café y solo un pedazo ínfimo de pan frio , yo tuve que pedir mantequilla aparte pero ni asi me lo comi.

Desde que llegas te sientes como si fueras a ver si te llevas las sábanas o los vasos. Ya no te revisan tus maletas al salir por que deberás. Pero si es una sensación de ser muy meticulosos.

rentamos una habitación sencilla sin embargo no vale el precio que se pagó por la misma, en si, debería de valer la mitad del precio que se pagó, por lo que no considero que sea Boutique; respecto a las instalaciones son bonitas y la comida es deliciosa, la atención es muy buena solo creo que deberían de tener un servicio más amplio del restaurante o de bebidas mucho después del cierre ya que no hay muchas opciones al rededor para salir a cenar, por último creo que deberían de tener más limpieza en la playa que tienen de frente ya que estaba muy sucia de basura y plasticos
