"Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate to price paid. Will come back."

"Clean all around. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast, wifi and parking included, all of which were great. Common areas were well maintained but some rooms need some work, one of the rooms my party stayed in had a big black area around the bathroom fan (looks like fire burn or mold), one of the fire sprinklers was dangling out of the ceiling, and just obvious touch ups that were done badly (chalking and paint touchups). "Amazing staff, clean rooms, and an overall excellent experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I had no issues during my stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at TownPlace Suites in Austin over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The entire property was very well maintained and my room was quiet, clean, comfortable and smelled nice. I rested very well before making the trip home the next morning. I'll be staying here again and would encourage others to try it out."

"We have NOT received our deposit back, and we left the room just the way it was when we got there (besides the bed not being made) I called last week and could not get through to anyone on the property. Expedia said they’d have them call me last Friday. And they have not . This place steals your money."

"No bath towels are provided. Bed not comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff allowed early check-in. Closet rod for clothes, but no hangers. AC extremely loud and provided minimal cooling. Good water pressure in bathroom."

"Room was amazing, tub was huge! Balcony was nice love having a fireplace. Great staff and room was freshly cleaned daily with new towels."
