"The room was hotter than the sun, the fan provided did nothing and even the floor felt hot. The towels and sink had hairs on them. The room had one plug socket and it was nowhere near the bed. The temperature of the shower couldn’t be controlled, it was extremely hot in the room so I turned on only the cold tap and when I switched it to shower it would still come out hot and change temperature frequently and I couldn’t control it."

The bathroom was filthy with brown stains in toilet and black grime on shower seals. The sink had hard toothpaste left on it obviously from the guests before us.
