We had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom in our motel unit was a little small but the room had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be an outside light as it was quute dark when we left and my Mum had trouble seeing the edge of the deck.

Wonderful, relaxed, clean, roomy, affordable. On the lake & 5-minute walk to downtown shops & restaurants. We spent 2 nights there & wish we could’ve stayed longer. Much better to use Te Anau than Queenstown as a base for seeing Milford Sound - it’s half the distance with cheaper accommodations if you book ahead.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. No entanto se você procura conforto, privacidade esse hotel não é a melhor opção. O hotel é excelente para hospedagem para quem viaja com vans ou veículos de carro maior. É bom para as pessoas que viajam com essa modalidade de carro. O banheiro é limpo, porém compartilhado com todos. Isso para minha viagem é muito ruim pois gosto de privacidade. Choveu durante a madrugada e se vc precisar ir ao banheiro terá que sair da sua acomodação. Não gosto de hotel sem banheiro privativo. As acomodações tb não são muito confortáveis. Tem cama, mesa, mas tudo muito apertado. Enfim, se vc viaja em grupo e com carro tipo van essa é uma opção. Se quer conforto e privacidade não recomendo.

Small camping/ camper/ chalet park. Our chalet was basic (no loo or sink) which I didn’t realise when booking. Park did let me know this so I had the opportunity to change my mind. Check what you want on booking. Hot tubs available at small extra charge are very good . Park is a little cramped Staff were all very helpful

The three bedroom apartment was great. The only downside is other similar places to stay have a washer, dryer, and clothes drying rack included rather than access to a coin laundry

Great location, cleanliness poor.
The holiday park was beautiful, the gardens were lush and there were plenty of amenities. The holiday park is across the road from the lake, near a park and an easy walk to town with young children. We stayed in a three bedroom villa, unfortunately the trip was let down because the room cleanliness was shocking. The furniture, curtains and carpets were foul smelling, there was food splatter on the kitchen walls and leftover food on the benches. The sponge and tea towel were sodden and soiled. When asked to replace these items the reception supplied a new dish brush. There was plenty of dust which made for a sneezy trip. One client member attempted to be helpful but the situation was not resolved.

環境清靜，房間整潔，舒適，值得推薦。
地點距離車站有點遠，大都是適合自駕遊住宿的地方，環境很好，週圍都種着很多花，有廚房可以煮食，不過沒有提供廚具。

A wonderful option for a stay in Te Anau. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were spotless! The location made for easy access for shopping & dining options.

Shower head was not clean and full of mould. Bed very soft. Very basic accommodation. Glad we only had one night here.

Loved our stay here! The layout of the room is a bit strange as you can't see the tv from the bed but we didn't mind. Very walkable and central location!

Unit was very cold inside when we arrived on a cold day - would have been a nice touch if heater was turned on - even at 2pm checkin time on low to take the chill off. Took a while to heat the openplan room. Other than that - enjoyed our stay

Großes Zimmer und sehr gute Lage. Ausstattung war okay und Parkplatz war direkt vor der Türe. Später Check in war einfach, leider wurden die Fenster offen gelassen beim Check in und das Zimmer war somit sehr kalt. Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had an en-suite room which was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Great on site facilities. Excellent location with everything you could need on walking distance. Highly recommended

Nice location and well organized property. Friendly environment with lots of amenities for a diverse group of travellers. Those in campers and those in motel rooms are side-by side enjoying the area.

The facilities was nice, but the bathrooms and kitchens were not clean. We believed it was dog friendly however, one of the male workers told me to put the dog on the lead as people are afraid of dogs. My dog is well trained abd will not run up to people. I was just playing with a ball outside the unit and didnt appreciate that attitude.

The bathrooms and outside amenities were as expected, in fact they were cleaner than I expected them to be. The sheets in our room we're clean but the quilts we're pretty gross; there was body fluid on almost every quilt in our room. 4 out of 5 were visibly soiled in some way which made me question the cleanliness of the one without stains. For this reason, I don't think I'll visit again.

Nice little apartment-type accommodation. Nice hot-tub with “view of the night sky” potential if it hadn’t been raining. This unit had an extra bedroom which we used for our suitcases. Bedroom/living room/kitchen area had everything for cooking in the place. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Even got to do our laundry. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants and activities.
