A nice hotel in the old city ..staff was extremely helpful and friendly ...with indoor pool ,Sauna ,Jacuzzi and Steam ...nice restaurant on the group floor and on the rooftop with Dj on the weekends.. Great Value for money.. would definitely recommend and stay again

the Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center, in a quite and comfort area. the breakfast is simple' I ate better but it enough. the hotel is not maintained as Ramada hotel should (in my opinion) al in all it was good and recommended for families

The staff are so kind and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful however the Jacuzzi was out of order The room has been overlooking a rundown area The hotel had a large group of tourists who were extremely noisy and caused crowds in the lobby and at breakfast

The Hotel is superb value the spa was nice touch and the breakfast included was superb the only criticism i can give is the Restaurants both the Fragment and rooftop the food was bland and often lulkevwarm provided the orded was actually right the service in both was sloppy . If they could improve both they would rank as outstanding .

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Got stuck in the elevator on the first day of the stay but it got moving eventually. Had to ask for technician 's help to use TV as it had to be re-programmed. The next time the same thing happened but I was able to program it myself. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and renovated.

Apart from some traffic noise I enjoyed my stay

Hotel was ok. The bed was comfortable. I'd say the rooms could have been better cleaned. It's set back from the road but I could still hear a lot of traffic noise. The reception staff I interacted with were all very pleasant. It's a 5-10 minute walk from nearest metro station but taxis are very cheap. The restaurant directly in front of the hotel is amazing. Very classy, lovey food and staff. I didn't eat in hotel.

I want to start by saying that the hotel was clean, location was close by main attractions and overall It was a good place to stay. However, there were few situations that made our stay not remarkable. Ramada is a family hotel, therefore you will have lots of kids and young children running around. I am mentioning this because we stayed three nights, and around 6:30 am there were kids yelling at the corridors and running. Throwing doors and making noises. Unfortunately, for us the day that we arrived, there was a bus with 20+ people checking in into hotel. Breakfast was not included for us, we decided to try the buffet and the amount of people eating was overwhelming, we had no tables to sit and had to wait for people to finish. The food was ok, but Georgian cuisine its delicious. Nothing local was displayed in the buffet. Its better to eat around the area. Last thing, the AC was not working due the fact that fall weather is here already. But, two nights we had to open the door to get fresh air, one day the weather went up to 23 degrees! And they told us that the AC only works seasonal. So, it was extremely hot in the room that day. We heard few guests complaining about that. The staff was professional and friendly.

Reception said at 11 it would end at midnight but it went till 12:30, literally shaking the top floor. Property should decide if it wants to be a hotel or a disco.

just to say that one of the receptionist called mariam was excellent and extremely helpful. only downside is no near by public transport. need to walk about 10 min in cold and rainy days to get to public transport. 20 mins to walk to the centre of city.
