The hotel is nice and clean and possibly the other rooms are bigger our room was ok, just very small.
We did book a balcony but did not get it.
Although very convienient for the old town it is rely hard to get to.
The staff were quite off on our arrival but did come and make our room into a twin that we had booked.
Breakfast is a little odd, eating in a bar on very low tables but food was ok.
The staff is amazing and the breakfast chef prepares such a wonderful spread and amazing omelettes. The hill to get there is a bit at the end of a long day- but the rooms are so beautiful and the photography for art is great. Nice how close it is the sulfur baths too.
The Kisi Boutique Hotel is wonderful historic property in the heart of old Tbilisi that seamlessly blends the historic and modern. The service was excellent.
Superb location in a narrow street that leads to the fortress. Close to restaurants, baths, and public transportation. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of delicious local dishes. Very friendly staff who accommodated us for a late check out. Highly recommend.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities I needed for my stay.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The property felt safe and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
The staff were amazing! They treated us so well. They put breakfast on an hour earlier then scheduled as we had an early train to catch and even provided us the shuttle. It’s a great location with a beautiful view.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
An excellent location on a historic street in the old town. The staff is friendly. We liked the home made Georgian breakfast. The hotel is run down. Very old carpet on the staircase. No elevator. We stayed in a deluxe twin/double room on the last floor and had a huge balcony overlooking the city. It was a big bonus.
Double deluxe room is not as per pictures - there’s 3 in the property that accurately reflect, all others have a closed off traditional balcony. Staff not solution oriented, smoking at front door, sleeping on chair in reception. Property is not well kept, cats roaming around, carpets frayed, walls marked and damaged. Black out curtains, not really..!
The major plus is the breakfast - fresh, varied and tasty and generally can’t fault it at all
The hotel was very cozy and beautiful, with excellent food. We especially enjoyed the hospitality of the host, who created a homely atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant place to stay.
