Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm.

Not the best services but have good ambiance.

The female staff on duty on our arrival kept us waiting at the reception for 7 hours not checked in. The lady was very very rude. When she finally gave us a room, she put us in a room with an open spoilt celling. When he complained and requested for a room change, she was very hesitant.

Tbilisi stay

Hotel appears to be new, however Ukrainian refugees are still inside and it does not contribute to great mark at all. Swimming pool is small with only four sunbeds of which two only have mattress. Breakfast choices are poor and oftenly items missing and never refilled on buffet table. Front staff was not always helpful particularly at night time. Bathroom is small and there is not shower curtain so after taking a shower, bathroom becomes wetroom. Would give maximally 2.5 stars!
