We spent only one night at Grand Palace Hotel, but the hospitality left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a friend’s birthday by arranging a cake. The team at the reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming. A short stay, but a very memorable one.

The hotel is good and the area is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The staff are very kind friendly and helpful especially mr zoura who was exceptionally nice and professional.. However the only downside was the breakfast. It didn’t meet our expectations and lacked variety with an overly asian selection that made it hard to find suitable options.. Also the photos on the website are quite misleading none of the items shown were actually available during the three nights we stayed.. Surprisingly there wasn’t even a coffee machine available. Other than that everything else was good and we had a pleasant stay overall.

When we got to the hotel, they told us the hotel was full so they had to move us to another hotel and it took two hours, and I am not happy about it. The breakfast on the other Hotel was not as good as grand Palace to PC.

Hidden Gem

The property, rooms and staff were very good. The breakfast was excellent! The neighborhood is not visually appealing but seemed safe. Rooms on floors four and five on the east side have fabulous views of the city. A hidden gem of a property in Tbilisi.

No room was available despite paying in advance. I was driven to a different hotel, and then to a third hotel. No one spoke English. The hotel where I stayed did not have lighting or towels, so I took a shower by flashlight and dried myself in the open air by the window. What can I say? It is Georgia and apparently this is not an unusual occurrence.

My mom arrived at midnight after long 36 hours bus ride from Ukraine. She was tired and wanted to get to room asap but stuff couldn’t find her reservation and told to go check hotel next door maybe she has a room there .No afford was made to call and check for her and apparently she had reservation in your hotel. No information was given about shuttle bus , no wifi . That’s not what I paid for
