Never again
The staff tries to make their best however the hotel is abandoned. The management is not interested in the quality of service and in guests' experience at all. The breakfast was vey poor, very limited choice and really wasn't tasty. Bad coffee as well. There were a lot of bugs outside the room on the balcony which tried to get into the room. A nightmare. Dust on the lamps and dirty windows. Never again. Overpriced.

way overpriced. much better and more charming hotels in Tibilisi for same price. Breakfast buffet quite small with unfriendly staff. Only good thing is the Photographer who took the pics for the website. Never again.

Great and not expensive hotel
Very good hotel, nice stuff and really helpful. Location is in city center. Definitely Will visit it again. They have really nice restaurant. Its fancy place and not that expensive at all for this kind of comfort. I am recommending to visit this place.

Junior "Suite" mit Balkon
Ich hatte eine Junior Suite gebucht und war leicht überrascht, in ein reguläres Zimmer mit Balkon zu kommen. Naja, nicht schlimm. Das Bett war seeehr bequem und das Bad neu und sehr schön. Frühstück so lala

Good place - recommended
Very much enjoyed the stay. Good breakfast, helpful staff and nice location - bit out from the traditional tourist area but few extra mins to walk only and far better quality.

Hotel was bright, modern. Food was excellent. Staff very helpful and multi lingual. But two negatives - 1. The hotel is not in the city centre as stated. It takes 30 minutes walk! 2. The carpets were filthy! They did try to clean the ones in our room when we asked and they were apologetic but someone needs to CLEAN the place!!

Good choise
Recently renovated, clean, perfect location. Stayed 5 nights in Junior suite, specious room with good wifi and all you need amenities. Friendly stuff and excellent service in restaurant and front desk.

Hotel is on the busy noisy street without parking
This hotel is located on the busy noisy street without parking space. We were told to park our car in front of the hotel , but it can only accommodate 3 cars and they had no space . We ended up parking in front of some grocery store. The room was smaller than on the picture. It was clean with paper thin walls. After shower the water was on the bathroom floor ( they don't have a sliding glass door). The only good thing about this hotel is breakfast buffet. Food was delicious and high quality. The location is not great for walking to major tourist destinations. Overall , I would not recommend staying there if you have a car to park and need to stay more than 1 night.

Hotel Costé Tbilisi, a compact hotel
In general, the hotel is nice and the service was fine. I stayed at the hotel in a single room that was very small but compact, and the bed was really narrow. It is not located in the center but it takes walking time of 15 -20 minutes to get there. The breakfast was good but again the space for taking food is so narrow that sometimes it was impossible to take food.

Good hotel. The windows faced to the streets and it was pretty noisy during the night.

Nice hotel near everything.
Hotel is nice and in good area. Staff was friendly. I thought I had booked thru Hotels.com and paid upfront. When I checked out, they told me I needed to pay. Since I had not paid up front, they charged me more than what my rate would have been thru Hotels.com. I was not happy. They did a good job up to that point. Lost my future business over $40.

Lite i utkanten av staden men taxi är mkt billigt. Bra, rent och prisvärt. Kunde sova länge utan att städpersonalen störde och likväl blev det städat senare.

Family weekend trip
The location is ok, not in the immediate city centre but in walking distance from major points. Breakfast is great. On the first day room was clened and on the second- they skipped our room for some reason. In the restaurant we only tried chicken soup, which is rather unusual but good, on a second attempt it took 40 minutes and one angry mum to finally obtain the soup for the kid. Otherwise staff is nice and the hotel can be recommended.

Too far from city centre and main atractions
Breakfast is poor in variety and soooo far away from main atractions (45 minutes walk to freedom square, 50 minutes to old Tbilisi and 1 hour to Tbilisi Baths)... Staff is friendly and so helpful and hotel is so clean

Trevligt men lite bullrigt hotell.
Rummet var rent men luktade lite rök. Väldigt varmt på rummet eftersom AC var avstängd för säsongen. En hel del trafikbuller så öronproppar rekommenderas. Frukosten var mycket bra. Massor av goda rätter, både kallt och varmt och gott om vegetariska alternativ. Restaurangen prövade vi aldrig.

Clean hotel and hospitable hosts
We were there for almost a week. There was a big enough selection for breakfast but I wished that there were some changes to the breakfast. After 3 days of the same breakfast offerings, I was ready for a different breakfast menu. The room was comfortable enough, but tv channels were geared toward news. Not much for English-speaking entertainment if you are looking for movie channels to relax. We were on the 7th floor and you can definitely hear traffic noises. It is less noisy during the weekends. The employees are very friendly, they are helpful and was able to help me with several concierge needs. We had a drink at the restaurant on one of the nights, and after that night, the particular credit card we used was unfortunately skimmed.

First time in Tbilisi
Hotel was central, close to public transport town within 10 -15 min walking distance. Room was clean and house keeping daily. Breakfast buffet included with accommodation was excellent providing a variety of breakfast options. Most staff were friendly and helpful mainly the male staff however female staff do not provide the best customer service experience as they are too busy on their cell phones therefore to not provide their full attention to customer queries. Laundry service TOO expensive!! quoted per item in USD. No complimentary coffee & tea in rooms... this is the first hotel in all years of travel which I have come across who have no complimentary tea & coffee in rooms. A lot of street noise if room window is open. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Prisvärt och fräsch hotel
Jättebra hotel. Fräsch med bra frukost och sköna sängar. Lite lång avstånd till gamla stan men perfekt för den som vill promenera lite efter den georgiska maten.
