Fantastic stay

Great hotel, we stayed 5 nights in a quiet econony room to the back. Fantastic location, breakfast superb with a great choise and daily divesities. Staff helpfull and english is spoken in the reception. Ajoined outdoor restaurant 21 serves very good food. Only minus was the miss out of our 01:00 AM pick-up in the airport

We very much liked the location, it's perfect. Across is the famous Sulfur Bath, Narikala Fortress and Bridge of Peace is just a walk away. Cleanliness of the hotel is a thumbs up and the free breakfast is a winner too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only complain was the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, possibly from the vent.

During our check out, the guy in reception asked me and calmed me to pay again for our stay...Although we have paid everything by EXPEDIA before our departure. I showed him a receipt from Expedia that I have been charged before. And he told me that I must pay again because he doesn't find a money from Expedia. We need to go to airport, and he delays me with a payment that I have paid 2 week ago....

The staff was wonderful , especially at the breakfast area . lovely breakfast ..our only problem was the noise from the street at 3 am and loud music from the restaurent till late hours. Hotel is in a very convenient place at the central spot .Although we fell asleep after whole day walking , it was not fun waking with loud noise of people partying outside the street at 3am one night .

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city

We stayed in Aivani Hotel at the end of September as a family. The hotel has a beautiful location in the heart of the old city; major sights and lots of small shops and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful; the hotel itself has a lot of character, it is clean, has excellent facilities and is beautifully designed. We would love to come back soon!
