"When I arrived the guy at the reception desk tried to give me a room thats very different to what I booked online. The photoes, the facilities were all different. The room didnt have balcony or was not large enough. When told him that it was not the room I booked for, he insisted it was. "This was a perfect location near downtown Tibilisi. Walkable area with lots of restaurants and activities nearby. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! Meticulously decorated with very welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best I’ve had! "
