"All in all excellent, ticked absoloutely all boxes for our requirements. Needed a "Staging Post" as early check out from holiday accomodation and very late flight time. On arrival reception staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact our room was ready for us earlier than normal time. "Dejlig frodig have med palmer og smukke blomster, der har ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Dejlig stor pool. Dejlig udsigt vi havde både over pool og havet. Dejlig stille område med restaurenter og bager, og små supermarkeder i nærheden. Værten var sød og rar helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen. Pænt og rent. "My stay at the Panorama was unforgettable. The hospitality of staff was warm, the food incredibly delicious and 2 min walk to the beautiful Falassarna beach. The hotel is family-owned and it has a homey feel to it with all staff being hands on in their service. The room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the beach and was cleaned with towels replaced on a regular basis. "To say that our stay here was excellent is truly an understatement. Crete was more than I could have ever dreamed of, and this hotel played a huge part in that. The drive to the hotel is definitely not the easiest drive, but it is so worth it (very windy road up and down the mountain, it is all paved and there are guardrails but very little light at night).
