"First impressions mean a lot. Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Made the check in process seamless. The rooms were spacious and clean. Two thumbs up for the free breakfast with omelets cooked to order. This is my second time staying at this site. I will definitely stay there whenever I'm in Orlando."

"Everything was clean, good location. Breakfast ours should be change, Breakfast until 9am on weekday? If I want to rest a little, I will have wake up early to eat breakfast. Overall everything else no complaints"

"Staff and food were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed talking with the staff. I didn’t do the breakfast but I did the pot pie. You have to order the famous pot pie! Only wish there were refrigerators in the rooms. Also, no coffee maker in the rooms."

"The staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in room 412 on the top floor and had a nice lake view. This room does not include a balcony though. The bathroom is small and the shower is very narrow to the point where your elbows are whacking off the wall and sliding glass door. The tv is also ancient with limited channels on the guide. There was also no cabinets to put away your clothes. Just a stand with two shelfs that are open exposed under the tv. My biggest complaint was that the WIFI never worked. It would connect but constantly had one bar or just lost connection all together. The pool and the hot tub were very relaxing. The hotel is very conveniently located. You can walk all around the Sumter landing to restaurants and shops and if you want to rent a golf cart, it is a less than five min walk across the street. I would come back in the future but would look for a suite with a bigger bathroom and balcony."

"The rooms are great. The pool is great. The curtains are made so they do not close. So you have light from the parking lot. I was not informed ahead of arrival that the elevator didn't work. I have COPD. No one offered to help carry bags to the top floor. It took two days to get the first floor. The staff is polite."
