"Area is safe and walkable to the old town. It has lots of dining options around, including cafes and convenience stores. The apartment is clean and well sized for big luggage. Washing machine, kettle, oven, coffee machine, towels, showering gels were provided. Apartment is easy to locate and instructions were clear."

"The hotel was bright, welcoming, clean, and warm. The staff were patient and friendly, and the restaurant was excellent. I loved my room, enjoyed the restaurant, and would've enjoyed how many of Krakow's attractions were within walking distance if my trip hadn't been cut short by the weather (Krakow gets foggy in the winter and their airport apparently isn't equipped for that). I intend to return to Poland to see what I missed, and if I can stay at the PURO again I probably will."

"Super apparemment pour 4 personnes et 3 nuits. Idéalement située tout ce fait à pieds. Seul bémol les escaliers, il ne me semble pas préciser dans le descriptif mais si non je recommande vraiment ce logement ! Manque juste un micro-ondes et de l'eau un peu plus chaude ! Si non tout étais parfait belle prestation et très propre !! "

There was a free bottle of Prosecco that we really enjoyed and the 24 hour jacuzzi definitely made our trip memorable. Staff were friendly, clean and comfortable room. Near to train station and to everything. "

"Very, clean, command modern with nice amenities. Close to the main railway station and 10 minutes from Old Town. Very convenient. Our one issue was that the apartments are not well ‘signed’ and when we went into the front reception the lady on the desk was utterly unhelpful, if not dismissive!"
