The condition of the room was good, the confort was fine but having over 8 cocroaches crewling all over the bench when i got up to get a drink and one crewling across the tissue box in the bathroom was horrendous

Would never come here again, got charged 200 extra for deposit that they said would be given back to me in morning after room was cleaned. The lady tried saying we’re not getting the money back because we had a couple visitors for 20 minutes while we got changed before we went out together

Very nice establishment. Easy walking to many restaurants. Complete kitchenette with all utensils. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub! Parking is $10 extra.

Our stay was very good, it was close to all amenities. The room was spacious and very clean had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent stay.

I stayed here previously as it's clean, well located and easy walk to restaurants, transport, shopping etc. We got a warm welcome when we arrived and they could accommodate a slightly early arrival. Unfortunately this time it was expensive for what we got, it is dated and I would consider it 3 star not 4. Carparking is outside the doors but not allocated and we got the last park when we arrived. Room 1 is accessible but being.in the corner can feel very closed in if large vehicles park outside. Lots of little things (heating couldnt operate when we were out so we had to return to a cold room, hairdryer attached to the wall, minimal bathroom supplies, TV didn't work, dark entry, evidence of a previous guest etc), took the edge off our stay and, regrettably, I wouldn"t stay again.

Harbour City Motor Inn, Tauranga.
Very friendly at the front desk with quick and easy check-in. They gave lots of good spots to visit and eat out. Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Location was very central to all the eating places in Tauranga and was easy to walk around. Really enjoyed my stay.
