"Great location, close to beach and cafes, very tidy room and well equipped kitchen, only downfall I would mention was there was construction in opposite building directly outside our balcony and spanned one side of the entire property that was very noisy and they where pouring tar (or something very Similar) which smelt very bad and we had to keep all doors closed as the smell would become unbearable, we would not have booked if we knew this level of construction was happening outside our...

"Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for 3 of us. It was tasteful and comfortable. The location was great! We could walk to restaurants and around the town easily. We couldn't get the "hotel parking" because it was full when we arrived (so cannot comment on that), but we were able to easily park on the road outside 'for free' because it was a weekend in NZ - Yay! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in...
