A beautiful place to stay. The name Serenity describes this B&B perfectly. The room was perfect with spectacular lake views. Breakfast was wonderful. Robin is very knowledgeable and a great host! Wish we had booked for several nights….

Kelly’s travels

Were welcomed by Robyn and shown our room and all about our stay. Then sent out on back deck and were greeted with spectactacular garden and lake views. Back deck a great pace to sit and enjoy Taupo and the lake. Robyn made sure we had everything we needed down to cushions for chairs and rugs to keep us warm. Next morning she made us a wonderful cooked breakfast and fresh fruit and yoghurt. A wonderful relaxing stay

You cannot deny the view. Pleasant room with a turn down service (was a surprise to see the mints after being out for dinner). Hostess is full of knowledge and happy to talk about local attractions/ food opportunities. Note: No TV in room for the night owls after partners go to sleep, so keep that phone charged.

The perfect choice if you want to stay in Taupo or anywhere nearby. Robyn is a fantastic host, the property is spotless and so nicely arranged. Her breakfast was amazing and her recommendations for our time in Taupo were great. Highly recommend!

First rate B&B

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at this B&B. In keeper Robin is a wonderful hostess. The accommodations are tasteful and impeccably clean with a number of well thought out touches that many in-keepers do not consider such as robes, fridge, kettle. The bed was very comfortable which we consider a very important consideration. Throughout our many world wide travels we have found saggy mattresses, lumpy pillows and shabby bed linens are more the norm than the exception therefore it was a real treat to enjoy an above average bed experience. The B&B is located in a very quiet, residential area with an amazing view of lake Talpo. The large decks set in a pretty garden provide a wonderful place to relax while taking in the panoramic view. Robin provides an outstanding breakfast. We would like to point out to guests that the town is about a 10 minute drive from the B&B. There are a number of places to dine in town. However we found the B&B so inviting that we enjoyed many quiet hours on the decks and would like to suggest that guests who want to luxuriate on the deck pick up some food and beverages. As a side note, the star gazing is magnificent.

Very nice place

Very beautiful location. Host very welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are lacking of a place to put the luggage, we had to use the floor. Getting out of the parking could also be a problem if other cars are parked. The view are great and everything is impeccable

The moment we walked into this property it exceeded our expectations. Robyn the lady who ran it was just wonderful and nothing was we asked was a problem. The view was just spectacular. If you want a very private place to stay with a view this is the property for you.

Great Host and view

Die Lage und der Blick auf den Lake Taupo sind wunderschön. Bei 13 Grad und Sonnenschein war sogar Frühstück auf der Terrasse möglich. Abends wurde das Bett vorbereitet und ein Betthupferl hingelegt. Robyn ist großartig und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😃

타우포호 여행시 최고의 숙소!!

뷰도 좋았고 주인 아주머니의 환대와 추운 저녁 미리 준비해주신 전기장판에 완전 감동받았습니다. 조식도 너무 맛있었구요^^ 방에서 창문열고 호수를 바라보고 있노라니 천국이 따로 없었습니다. 방들어가는 곳에 중문이 있어서 같은 하우스를 사용하기는 하나 나름 프라이버시가 지켜져서 또 좋았습니다
