"The staff were very helpful- Lydia and Cavid at the front desk. We got lost looking for the parking but they assisted us patiently to explain where the parking is. Erickson and Gus at the restaurant were worth mentioning- Erickson very helpful with the beer choice for my husband and Gus at the breakfast was very polite and respectful. Highly recommended! 5 star staff customer service par excellance , hotel is full of history.. "

"This is an excellent hotel for visiting Rothenburg. Its location is a minute walk from the Market Square. At check-in, we were greeted by Genghis, who was fantastic and warmly greeted us with a welcome drink and provided helpful information about visiting the town. Breakfast was delicious with many options (we are vegetarian). The hotel is a historic building, in keeping with the charm of Rothenburg. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good shower. Valet parking was inexpensive. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel."

"Both staff members I interacted with were helpful and were kind enough to speak to me in English. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was ready early. This was one of the more affordably priced rooms I saw, but it left nothing to be desired for space, location, cleanliness, comfort, or service. (Note - no staff on-site overnight.) I would absolutely stay here again!"
