"Clean room, anything you needed or curious about just ask the staff as they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend the downstairs restaurant. Might have been the best place to eat in Zakopane. Get a room with a patio/deck. Worth it. "

Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. "I love everything about this stay . Room was clean and ready early , pool and salt chamber were amazing and breakfast was delicious . I was traveling with senior mother who can’t really walk , it would be helpful to know that elevator didn’t go to pool area as I booked this hotel for her to use pool . Walking down the stairs was a challenge and floors in that area were very slippery . But over all we loved our stay . Lovely gentleman at the front desk was just charming , way nicer than girls...
