"An absolute gem of a property. Boutique property, roof top pool, outstanding hospitality, located in a great neighborhood."

"Everything was perfect; clean room, simple but good breakfast and helpful staff. Most of all, I liked its convenient location just between the old and new Asunción."

"Great hotel, great service, great location. Spacious apartment-style room, lots of space, great breakfast, centric in town. They arrange taxi service to and from the airport since I was arriving and leaving at wee-hours of the morning. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will recommend to others planning on visiting Asuncion."

"Great central small hotel. Very helpful staff with safe parking. Room was clean and simple, tasty breakfast."

The sheets were old and stained, and we encountered bugs and cockroaches. My friend was bitten by fleas, which was very upsetting. We also had to ask to change rooms because of a strong, unpleasant smell. The only positive was one very friendly and helpful employee in the breakfast area. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this...

"Very friendly front desk staff. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. The room are basic but I am not staying in my room most of time, I am out about exploring Asuncion. Good Location and hot shower and free breakfast and I would highly recommend !"
