"This is a beautiful, new hotel. The rooms are a great size, clean & comfortable. There could have been more soundproofing as we could hear the TV & voices from other rooms. Communication was great even before booking the hotel as they responded quickly to email inquiries. The breakfast was very good. "Very friendly personal. But it needs reminder. When you ask them to prepare spa (sauna) do it not only beforehand but also 60 mins before, otherwise they turn it on just before your visit. Steam room didn't work. Shower in the spa area smelled. When you ask them to call a taxi/yandex for you, do it not only in advance but also 7mins in before you need to leave especially if you in a rush."
