"Service can be a little inconsistent, but most staff are very polite. We booked an apartment. It was clean, but the unit itself has a little age to it, and could do with some refreshment. No ironing board in the room. No cleaning cloth or washing detergent so you can't really cook anyway. The outdoor pool needed maintenance. "Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff."

"We visited for our first day in Tashkent, we were completely new and we had a hard time communicating with s lot of people here in Tashkent. But the staff was very helpful and we got to store our luggage 3 hours before checking in which gave us a lot of new opportunities. The staff speak well English and are very helpful in any case. We even got the ability to store our luggage even after our stay ended. Thank you so much Noor hotel, it was a pleasure. 10/10 we recommend very much"

"Clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff"

"I loved it, especially the breakfast."

"We spent one night here after travelling from Bukhara during the day & catching a flight home the following day. For a one night stay the Europe was perfect. Comfy beds in a clean modern bedroom; quiet surroundings; tasty breakfast; helpful & friendly staff. We didn't use the spa facilities or the pool due to lack of time but I'm sure they must be good. Also, at only a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport it was handily placed."
