"Lovely building and very close to town centre, all the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. We hung up our towels to re-use but they were changed each day. Free bottled water provided each day and good tea and coffee set up. Bed was comfortable. "Stayed two nights at this property, it’s very tired needs a total refit. The staff that I met are excellent helpful and very kind. The bed was fresh and clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower excellent. For what we wanted a bed for two nights and a bathroom was perfect. We’re very un entitled for someone else this might not work. There was a hairdryer fan iron and tea and coffee facilities fresh towels. "Convenient location for my needs. Very nice freshly cooked breakfast. Had to remove plastic mattress cover to make sleep possible. Good communication and helpful staff."

"I will start with a positive! Staff friendly and accommodating. That is the only positive I have to say about this hotel. Rooms leave a lot to be desired, very run down and would benefit from a good clean. We moved rooms 3 times before we made the decision to stay - wish I had stuck with my gut and left straight away. Restaurant and bar area needs a good clean just as much as rooms. I can safely say I won’t be back and certainly would not recommend this place. "
