"Our stay at the Carlotta was fantastic. Stefano, Federico and all the team we dealt with were super friendly, hospitable and extremely helpful. The hotel was quite central and not far to walk up to the centre of town. Slightly tricky location to park a car as the hotel is on a bend, however, the staff were very helpful and valet parking was arranged. Hotel facilities were great, including the pool and pool bar. Huge perk is the access (beach or otherwise) to their sister property on the water - Belmond Saint Andrea - they treat you as if your one of theirs. Hands down the best Hotel in Taormina ( even better then FS )"
