"Clean hotel, pet friendly, easy check in process."

"The website listed a shuttle as an amenity, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. My husband is recovering from surgery, so I thought that would be helpful. But there was no shuttle. The parking lot is tiny, and the spaces are extremely narrow. We had to round the lot and settle on a spot to back into so that the backup cameras helped. Couldn’t get out, had to try again but closer to the vehicle on our passenger side leaving no room for their driver to get in. I hope we left before them and that they were inconvenienced by us. There was no bathroom “door”. It was a sliding door with no lock. All that money we paid and we couldn’t lock a freaking bathroom door! The breakfast was okay, nothing to complain about or brag about. Very disappointed in how much it cost and NO SHUTTLE!"

"Only issue was there was no shower soap in container on two nights. They cleaned prior to me checking in and at 1 am in the morning had to use shampoo soap. Left early the next morning and came back later that evening after they cleaned the room again including changing my towels and the shower soap container was still empty. Don’t understand why this is not checked before customers check in or when the towels are exchanged. Other than that the room was great."

"For advertising a 12M renovation, they skipped some things that needed done. Rooms were renovated but the bathrooms left mostly untouched. I get it if the outdoor pool isn’t open but if you advertise an indoor pool, it should be open and clean all year long. Also, lots of little things broken (tiles in elevator, moldings in hallways, etc). Definitely not worth what we paid to stay here."
