Fantastic place to enjoy the beautiful sea & island and relax, with very friendly and kind staffs. Especially thank Daniel for check-in support, and I would like to greatly appreciate Susan's help whenever I had some requests. I will definitely choose Sheraton when I visit Belitung later.

Beautiful resort, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately they appear to be either understaffed or not properly trained as some things take an exceptionally long time. If you can bear with the slow service, then there is nothing else to complain about.

the property is really clean staff friendly But is very isolated two weeks was possibly too long if you like to do more things while on holidays. it could benefit to have a store to purchase things you may have forgotten to pack or to buy snacks or gift lines There are no shops close by.

I was completely positively surprised. The location is excellent – fine white sandy beaches everywhere, just like in the Seychelles. The best thing to do is charter a private boat and explore the surrounding islands; you won’t regret it. If you didn’t know better, you’d truly think you were in the Seychelles: impressive large rocks and boulders everywhere, just like there. Every evening you get to enjoy fantastic sunsets, and at night you can swim in the warm sea under a sky full of stars. The hotel is a bit remote, but that’s the case with all the better hotels in the area. Just rent a scooter and you’re fully mobile. It’s an undiscovered gem, and I can recommend it to everyone. We stayed in the pool villa – waking up in the morning and jumping straight into the crystal-clear sea. How could it possibly get any better? On top of that, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. If anyone still finds something to complain about here, they should probably just stay at home. ;)

Tolles Resort mit eigenm weissen Sandstrand und großer Poolanlage mitten in einem Naturresevat. Das personal ist super und macht alles möglich. Wenn man das Resort allerdings verlassen möchte sollte man sich einen Roller ider Auto mieten.
