We had a great time at Mnar Park Arrived around 10.30 pm and we're given a basement studio apart- not to our liking, not as shown on the website. Anas & management quickly, without fuss, upgraded us to one of their best apartments. The complex has beautiful surroundings, superbly located with magnificent views of the Atlantic &straight of Gibraltar from the balcony. The restaurant has amazing panoramic views. breakfast was superb. Friendly & helpful staff, except Mustafa - he treated us very courteously first day, but next day, he got our order wrong -brought us fruit smoothies instead of orange juice and said orange juice had run out, yet soon after, he brought half a dozen glasses to the next table. Brought Moroccan Tea instead of English Breakfast Tea, We asked twice and the result was the same! Probably he was protesting because we didn't leave him a tip the first day. Reception and security staff were very nice and helpful, especially Anas, Abde Ali, Hassan and Malak. Room service was excellent with premium quality toiletries , bedding/towels/beach towels. Beautiful and very clean pool. Kitchen was very well equipped with a hob/microwave/fridge. Had a thrilling afternoon at the Aqua park. There are ample entertainment choices at the resort for the whole family. Wi-fi in the room was poor, but it was fixed next day. It's about 10 mins drive to the centre, but we enjoyed the drive and it's well worth it. Deserves better than 3.5 rating. We'll definitely go back!!

Nice location and good view especially evening time of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. Nice playground for kids and lots of varieties for children nd adults. For the house cleaning, would to see more of toiletries especially for families. Rooms cleaning done but no additional papers provided in toilets and towels also. Dirty/used towels were taken away but no replacement Provided. Overall, stay was good and food also was good.

Horrible place, disappointing

Absolutely horrifying! I wouldn’t recommend this disastrous residence to anyone! There were clear signs of mold on the walls, inside the dresser, on the curtains.. the bed is very dirty. Clearly, the windows haven’t been cleaned in months. You can almost see the view from the small windows. I don’t understand the positive reviews at all! We were extremely disappointed with the poor hygiene at such price. We were afraid the entire time that our baby would touch the mold. If you want to rent this horrible place, run!

Pay at property.

Rocky start, it took 1/2 day to check in. We were told by Hotels .com to contact property for special needs which we did and spoke to a receptionist we were told we will get sea view for 2 adults and the child as a safety measure and the other with balcony. On day of arrival we were given two basement room, one you could not enter from smell of damp and the other opened to a field with heavy machinery operating. We did go back to reception explaining neither was good as our son has dust already and is on inhaler because of asthma . we were told all types of rooms we paid for on basement level and of similar condition. after few hours manager got involved and kindly offered two apartments all be it with a comment that you pay for "Mini you want Lamborghini". That was not certainly the case we wanted what we were told we are getting and the ultimate advice from the manager: " Always book direct because booking agents take their percentage and dump the problems with property"

Attention le site porte à confusion vous réserver votre chambre la description indique 3 piscines et parc aquatique et arrivée sur place on vous demande de payer un supplément pour le parc aquatique… la chambre pleine d’humidité et le pire pas d’eau chaude j’ai dû faire intervenir le personnel on me dit pas de chambre dispo… j’insiste car ma fille est asthmatique et impossible de dormir dans une chambre pleine d’humidité et Sans eau chaude. On me transfert dans une chambre plus petite de ce que j’avais payé donc je ne recommande pas du tout 1ere et déniere fois !!

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Bett sehr bequem super Lage. Zimmer: Spinnennetze da und dort! Es waren auch irgend ein Art Käfer überall im Zimmer(weil Erdgeschoss war? ) . Denke seit Wochen nicht gründlich gereinigt. Flecken auf Bettwäsche. Schönheitsfehler da und dort ist aber nicht entscheidend.

Queensize Bett mit Couchbett bestellt, aber bekamen leider normales Bett mit Couchbett für 80€ Aufpreis. Der Aufpreis konnte uns nicht quittiert werden. Desweiteren musste man das Couchbett selber fertigen. Es gaben viele Silberfische die wir beseitigen mussten. Duschkopf sowie Duschtürhalterung waren beschädigt. Uns wurde ein Taxi bei Abreise bestellt, die uns für unglaubliche 1000 DH (umgerechnet ca. 90€) zum Flughafen gefahren hat. Wir mussten einwilligen, da wir keine andere Option hatten. Besetzung der Rezeption stimmt nicht wie vorgegeben. Wir fanden am morgen der Abreise einen Wächter, der keiner Fremdsprache mächtig war um uns zu helfen. Dies war nicht unser erstes mal im Mnar Park Hotel, aber leider unser letzter Aufenthalt. Sehr schade

Ten eerste qua plaats is goed toch ver van alles, en het internet is bijna niks geen internet verbinding, en warm water moet niet lang gebruikt worden dat was gebeurt bij me die zeiden dat ik al die warm water heb gebruikt! En was ik met natte haar naar buiten geweest en de warm water is op!! En dat Vind ik minder! De rest is goed quA service, heel proper en personeel echt vriendelijk

Des doutes en payant mon séjour par Hotels.com!!

Belle vue sur la baie de Tanger,calme avec un bon service ,et un très bon petit-déjeuner au Sun-set restaurant. Ce que je peux reprocher c'est le manque de communication entre Hotels.com et l’hôtel! car quand je suis arriver on m'a fait payer mon séjour une deuxième fois après que votre site est déjà débiter ma carte 6 jours à l'avance !et en payant une deuxième fois je me suis rendu compte que j'ai payé plus cher avec hotels.com!!!!après réclamation l’hôtel m'a rembourser mon deuxième payement juste avant mon départ! mais c’était trop tard car ce fâcheux incident a joué sur le budget de mon séjour!

Good location, nice accommodation, friendly staff and good choice of food. Only thing was “hot water”...it was December end and so was little cold...but there was problem in getting continuous hot water supply for shower/washing etc. You can get hot water for about 5/10min but then it would start throwing cold water. Provided that has been sorted, I definitely would recommend this facility for a goodnight stay:)
